TSE Research Faculty INRAE Senior researcher in Economics at INRAE Research interests Agricultural Policy and Modelling of Agro food chains, application to dairy policy Industrial Organisation applied to the agro food industry: public labelling, PDO, standards, national brands and private labels, vertical relationship Zohra Bouamra-Mechemache is a research director at TSE and INRAE. She works with a group of researchers and engineers on economic research on agricultural and food issues at TSE. She works on two main areas: the formation of agri-food prices and the sustainability of systems, taking into account their impacts on health, the environment, nutrition, and the implications for the actors of the sectors. She is interested in very concrete questions such as, for example, the sharing of value between the agri-food industry and mass distribution or the impact of a carbon tax on meat consumption.
