 Depending on the services of the Website used, the personal data collected and processed are mainly your name, first name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, information relating to your occupation, your bank details for online sales, your purchase and product selection history, your preferences and interests, and your connection logs. • Enabling you to participate in the services and activities offered by Les Echos Solutions or our partners;

• Managing speakers' attendance;
• Sending you information about our products and service, news and events (newsletters, invitations and other publications);
• Managing your involvement in a competition;
• Subject to your consent: enabling our partner companies and associations to send you information about our products and services, news and events (newsletters, invitations and other publications); 
• Compiling statistics; 
• Subject to your consent (which is given by scanning your badge at booths during events): allowing our partner companies and associations to process your data for commercial purposes. If you do not wish to provide this data to partners, do not scan your badge at the partner's booth. The data essential to Les Echos Solutions to fulfil the purposes described above are indicated by an asterisk on the various pages of the Website. If you do not fill in these compulsory fields, Les Echos Solutions will not be able to respond to your requests and/or provide you with the products and services requested. 

 4. Who do we transfer your personal data to?

 Your Data is processed by Les Echos Solutions. It will not be given or made accessible to any third party, subject to (i) any sub-contractors of Les Echos Solutions for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (Site hosting and maintenance service providers, payment and fraud management service providers, event service providers, etc.) and (ii) any restructuring of our company, including the total or partial sale of assets, mergers, takeovers, splits and, more generally, any reorganisation operation. 
 Your Data may be used for the purposes of managing and optimising customer relations and, unless you object, for the purposes of sending information on Les Echos Solutions' products and services, news and events, particularly by means of advertising campaigns on social networks. It may also be shared, subject to your agreement, with other companies in Les Echos - La Parisien Group and/or partner companies or associations of Les Echos / Le Parisien Group for commercial prospecting purposes. Finally, Les Echos Solutions may be required to communicate your Data to third parties when such communication is required by law, a regulatory provision or a judicial decision, or if such communication is necessary to ensure the protection and defence of its rights. 5. Transfer of data outside the European Union The recipients of your Data may be located abroad, including outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer of your Data outside the European Economic Area is carried out subject to appropriate guarantees, in particular contractual guarantees, in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding data protection. 6. What are your rights?

You may also object to your Data being used for the purpose of drawing up your customer profile; in this case you will no longer be able to benefit from personalised products or services. In addition, you may at any time request to no longer receive our communications relating to our products and services, news and events by using the hypertext link provided for this purpose in each e-mail we send you. 7. How long do we keep your personal data? 

Data relating to your registrations and orders will be kept by Les Echos Solutions for a period not exceeding the applicable legal limitation periods. As soon as the event and/or the agreement ends, this Data (i) will be archived for accounting and evidentiary purposes during the aforementioned limitation periods or (ii) will be destroyed if these periods have expired. Data used for the purpose of sending communications relating to products and services, news and events proposed by Les Echos Solutions will be kept for a period of three (3) years from the date of their collection or from your last contact with Les Echos Solutions. At the end of this period, Les Echos Solutions may contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue to receive communications relating to our products and services, news and events. Your Data will also be destroyed as soon as possible after your request to unsubscribe. Finally, the connection logs collected, subject to your agreement, in the context of cookies and other tracers set up on our Website, will be kept in accordance with the applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months.
