In 2020, Didier joined DECATHLON TECHNOLOGY and was appointed as the Vice President of Data Value Creation and is at the Head of the AI Factory and Data Analysis.
Fiery about the incredible opportunities of ML and AI, he works daily to make Decathlon the smart company for sports and wellbeing by leveraging data. In his role, he discovers new patterns, detects weak signals to transform business processes (internal) and to create new experiences for sports enthusiasts (external); he infuses AI & ML everywhere in the business augmenting Decathlon’s performances and making it the smart company in the Sport and Wellness ecosystem.

Didier has more than 20 years of experience in the strategic and operational management of profit centers (P&L) and subsidiaries of global companies and has proven experiences in the multi-cultural business environment within matrix organizations. Prior to Decathlon Technology, Didier was for 5 years at Amadeus, first as the Global Head of Commercial Travel Intelligence and then as Senior Vice President of Data Platform (Analytics & Data Science Airlines). He also spent 5 years at SAP as Vice President of Big Data, IoT, Digital Transformation Sales EMEA.
